Room Reservation Requests
How to Reserve a Room
- Verify date and room availability by viewing the current reservations on our calendar.
- You may also contact us by phone, email, or at the center to verify. We encourage you to make your reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure room availability.
- We request that room reservations be made at least 3 weeks prior to the date of your reservation.
- Review our room descriptions and reservation policies.
- Complete the Room Reservation Form below.
- One of our staff members will email you to confirm your reservation within 3-7 business days.
- After your reservation has been approved, the Facilities and Operations Coordinator will reach out to you to do a walkthrough for the space and provision access as needed.
- Current UCSD Student Organizations requesting to use the BRC for an event are encouraged to visit and submit a TAP reservation if necessary. For questions about TAP requirements please contact your CSI advisor.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, reservations are not guaranteed. Groups wishing to reserve a room in the Black Resource Center must be in alignment with the
Black Resource Center's mission.
